DR. JOHN B. FULHAM, JR.
Dr. John B. Fulham graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Dentistry in 2006. He has received countless hours of specialty training at Tufts Dental School in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Fulham is committed to providing the highest level of dental care by staying up with the latest technologies and techniques. With over 100 hours of continuing education each year, he has the knowledge, passion and commitment to improve the quality of life for every patient that walks through the door.
DR. KEVIN F. McNEIL, JR.
Dr. Kevin McNeil graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. After graduation he spent the next five years serving in the US Navy as a Dental Officer. In 2018 he and his family moved back home to Cape Cod where he joined the Lightship Dental team.
Dr. McNeil is passionate about dentistry and in order to provide the highest quality of care for his patients he spends a significant amount of time each year learning the latest that dentistry has to offer. Dr. McNeil offers a wide range of restorative and cosmetic dental services including placing dental implants, Invisalign®, Botox® and derma fillers.
DR. TIMOTHY DYMEK
Dr. Timothy Dymek comes to us from Gardner, MA where he had his own general dentistry practice for over thirty years. He received his DMD from the University of Connecticut in 1990 and completed his GPR residency at the VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH in 1991.
Dr. Dymek's clinical focus is on general and preventive dentistry. With his wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of dentistry, he is an amazing addition to our clinical team. Dr. Dymek looks forward to treating patients on Cape Cod for years to come.

JENNIFER AKINS, RDH
Jen graduated from CCCC Dental Hygiene program in 2012. She then went on to complete her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene with an Education minor in 2013 from Mount Ida. She has been working at Lightship Dental for over 10 years. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her Boston terrier, Harley.
Gosia Mentzer, RDH
Gosia graduated from 4Cs Dental Hygiene Program in 2005 and continues to work in the hygiene profession, calling Lightship Dental her most recent dental home as of three years ago. She is very passionate about animals and is a proud dog mom of two rescue dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty of Cape Cod.
